Conditions of carriage provider
Our carriage provider will deliver your purchase to the ground level of your property. The carriage service does not include your purchase being carried internally or your purchase being taken up stairs internally or externally.

All goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full product refund, provided that the goods returned are still in their original packaging and condition.

The rufund excludes the delivery cost and may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Should any returned goods arrive damaged, the returnee should claim the cost of these goods from the courier service used.

All goods sent out by musclemotion should be inspected by the receiver upon delivery for any apparent damage. Do not sign "received in good condition" receipt if the packaging is damaged in anyway or if you suspect it may have been tampered with.

Failure to do so, will invalidate any claim against the courier service used for compensation.
